Working with others can either be difficult or easier depending on what type of people you work with. Everyone has their own way of working and we all have our differences. However, the difficult part of working with others is the pace, communication, and understanding of one another. Although working alone may be easier, since I can work at my own pace without having to worry about others, there are some certain duties that we need others help. With that being said, to make working with others much easier, we could learn to get along and work through our situations to settle our differences.
One of the hardest things that make difficult to work with a group is when someone in the group don't give any ideas or don't want to do the work. Personally, I prefer to work alone because I know what I have to do, and when I'm going to do it, without having to worry if the rest of the group is going to do the work.
However, one thing I know I can do to make group work easy is to have an open mind for any proposed ideas and also to have patience
Working with others is harder than work along because working with others requires to effective communication with each group’s member, and get each member’s ideas and decide which ideas can use into the project. It takes plenty time to communicate with group members. Moreover, some people do not know how to work with others, when they get into a group, they refuse to listen to others’ ideas or never agree others’ opinion. They think their ideas always better than others. Compare to working in a group, working along does not need to spend your time on communication. It is freer than working with others because you can do your project at any time and any places. However, working with other people go that much easier and better because we can get more information to get better ideas. Besides, a project will have different tasks; group members can be assigned different tasks of the project, so these tasks will start at the same time, which can save a lot of time. Working with others is more efficient than working alone.
A group of people that work together usually work against each other. Opinions and emotional difference are what separate the group. It becomes difficult to correspond ideas and commute as a whole to get work done. Usually, there is a person in a group that lacks the responsibility on their part. This bothers most of the group members, thus making us dysfunctional.
I like working with groups, seeing people clash and agree intrigues me. I am able to take in different perspectives and lifestyles. Although, there may be times where people can't work together, it really doesn't bother me. Clashing it out is what will solve the problems. In order to have a good group, the group as a whole must clash in order to be okay with one another.
It's so hard to work with other people because each of them will give out different opionions and ideas that one of them might be disagree with each other. Also, one will participate and the other don't; it make the group will fall apart and works will never get done on time. They'll blame one of another for not doing their work; somehow it's unfair for those who work more than another, but still get the same credit. I like working alone and with a group, because if I'm working alone; I can do my own work, and mange them the way I want it. With a group, I can ask for help, give out some new ideas, and come up with some creative work. To make working with other people easier, we need to give each other a chance to come up with something.
I think its harder to work with people because no two people are alike so the more people you work with the harder thing can get.
I can work alone or in a group, it doesnt phase me one bit. If i had to choose i would rather work alone because i will know where the errors are and i can take constructive criticism well, for me that is a learning tool.
I think the key thing to improve group work is constant communication, if the group isnt on the same page at all times the can deconstruct and problems will spawn.
Working alone is so much easier because you only have to deal with yourself. It's not like everyone has the same idea, each one is different in their own ways. Same goes for the way of how each one thinks too. It can either be very tiring or very interesting or it can be both. For me, I like working with others if the other side is willing to work together as in group as well. Everyone has different ideas so it's fun to work with each one. It also improves your team work skills, communication and leadership skills. I like working with others because I like discussing with other people and would like to know their opinions and perspectives.
It definitely is easier to work alone, however working alone is not always the most efficient way to do things. There will be projects or situations where cooperating with a team or group is necessary. I would change myself in order to work with others in order to make working with others easier.
A lot of times working with other people can be hard. Only because others may have a different opinion or idea on what ever the group is working on. Working alone has always worked better for me, because i never had the patience on arguing on what idea or topic is better for the group i would have been working with. If i were to think about an easier way for me to work with others i would separate the work evenly that way we all have something to do, and choosing a topic or idea i let the other group members decide after offering my opinion.
In my opinion, is it so hard to work with other people because everyone has their own opinions and ideas. Some people may think that their ideas are better than others. Therefore, when people work together, they will against each other. Personally, I prefer to work alone because it is more efficient. I know what should i do and have to do. However, if I need to work to other, the most important things that is to respect each other. For example.When you ask someone a question and they’re slow to respond, don’t feel pressure to move the conversation forward. Therefore, everyone in the group must pay more patience to their group member, and it will make working with other people go that much better and easier.
Working with other people, I think, depends on your nature/personality. It's hard to work with other people because, often, the grade in your class mainly depends on how you respond to a group project, and some people can either bring you higher or drag you down. It's hard to work with people because you don't know if they're willing to work as hard as you will, and you can only hope that they want the same thing as you do when grouped together; getting a good grade. I would rather work alone, because I know how I operate, how I do things, and what I tend to tackle first when doing an assignment. By being better at this, you need communication. Share information within the group, and encourage them to come up with ideas, and come to a compromise. Get their private information, so you'll be able to have a hold of them. Communication is key to being better at group projects.
I believe that working with other people is much more difficult because of all the compromising that needs to happen in order to work as a team. Usually we all have different schedules, different ideas and different ways of getting things done. Which sometimes can be compromised with minimal effort and other times almost impossible to compromise with others. I personally prefer to work alone for most projects just because I don't enjoying relying on others that sometimes won't take things as serious as I will. Some things that I can do to help the situation is to have an open mind and listen to others opinions. That way I don't miss out on a good idea that might be overheard. Try not to easily judge and just hear the other person out.
Working with other people belongs to a team. It's easy for yourself to work alone. But it is hard to work with other people. Because we have to take into account the ideas and opinions of each person's work, for example, in a work project, we have to organize a team to study how to carry out this project, we have to each group members to make comments and ideas to decide which idea And opinion is good. However, some members do not accept the views of other team members, but the result is less than the project and less than a better solution. With other people working together we can know more information and opinions, so I do not like to work alone. Working together we can work together, so that you can effectively solve the problem and fast work efficiency. This makes it easier for us to work and work better.
I enjoy working on my own although I don't mind working with others either specially if it's a group project where we get to take as much time with as possible that would be great and such a masterpiece. Although, sometimes working with others can be difficult we can learn a whole lot from others like things that may benefit us either in a positive or negative way. The only solution I can come up with for now in order to make it easier to work with others is being understanding and open minded of other people suggestions and prepare myself to agree to disagree with another because we all have our own ways and opinions.
The main reason why it is so hard to work with other people is because every single individual has his or her own perspective and values. Having different point of view results each individual having his or her own opinions upon discussions. Furthermore, each one of us have different personality, interest, ability, and toleration, and these uniquness not only makes human beings so special, but they are also the barriers that makes working together very difficult. For examlple, when people with low toleration is assigned to work with a person who is lazy, then arguements might occur and the team effort will be affected. On the other hand, humans are cliustering animals which live among our own species, and working together is inevitable in this society. A good way to work along others is to give up some self-interest to accommodate other. Moreover, try to ask teammates to get clear instructions on unclear subjects, and don't try to work through the solution alone, because sometimes it might worsen the situation.
