They say they believe to work with other people is hard, because it is hard to rely on other people to do the work. They say they personally would rather work alone to make sure they do the most out of their job.
People are fundamentally different and some people can be lazy. It is not guaranteed that things will go as planned, one should be open to others opinions to make working with others easier. I believe working alone is definetly easier for not relying on people to finish their part, however, when you put a few creative minds together the outcome of the work might be better. Everyone in the group just needs to be responsible for their actions and be open minded about different opinions.
At times it can be hard to work with other people due to the fact some people are really stubborn. No matter what you tell them they will not listen even though they could be wrong. This is why I believe it is hard to work with others. Also, I believe it is good to work in groups, because it is good to have different point of views. Working together people can add information to the project at hand that you yourself completely missed. People need to learn to compromise and learn from their mistakes, if all they do is become stubborn they will likely fail in group projects. Plus, when a group of people work together a project will get done a lot quicker than just one person doing the work of five.
It is difficult to work in groups because everyone works differently and you don't always get along with the people you work with. Although I agree it is sometimes difficult to work with others, working in groups is good because it allows you to hear other peoples point of views, and also you learn how to work with others. I agree with the last presenter who mentioned that you could improve working in groups by respecting others opinions, even if you do not agree with them. Another way of working efficiently in groups is by making sure everyone is participating in the assignment.
It is difficult to work with others, as they rely on you to do all the work they don't give their full commitment as a group partner. Sometimes is good to work with others is also good to hear other peoples opinions, but sometimes is a agree or disagree. Although sometimes is better to work alone, you know you will get your work done and receive your full credit.
One of the things that contribute to people being unable to work with one another and only trusting yourself is mainly doubt. Working together tends to have doubt as each member might ask themselves "Will they contribute to our project and how well will it be?". That is why working alone has more of a predictable outcome as the person understands their own work ethic, thus able to have full trust in completing their work. However, working with others can still benefit everyone if they are willing to rely on one another and release any doubts. In order to better their teamwork, everyone should share their strength and weaknesses and adjust to their different skill gap. Be open arms to ideas that are being brought up and work with it and if there is disagreement then it should be talked with as a group.
It is difficult to work in a group when there is no communication involved especially from the start. Its easier for the a independent person to work alone they are able to mange their own time and be more focus on their work. But when working in a group their force to communicate with others. Once the group are done to get to know each other and agrees certain terms it become easier to work with. I agree with you communication is the key to any relation between people. No one can read our minds nor can we read anyone else’s . We must become as close to one to work as one.
people say that is more difficult to work with others due to not knowing what the other individual/s are capable of and because it is hard to rely on others, they would rather work alone and take responsibility for their own work than rely on other possibly bringing them down. not everyone can work in a group some people have been so used to working alone that they can excel at that but fail miserable in a group it's just what they are used to. While other people can work with others no matter what the circumstance due to being able to adapt in order to work with other people. One of the presenters on Thursday said that the reason why it is so hard to work with one another is because everyone has different expectations and way of working. A majority of the presenters said that it is better to work alone so you can just take full responsibility instead of having to spread it out among other people. I agree with presenters because it it is hard to work with other people due to the fact that everyone is diffrent and it it is hard to get everyone to work together without failing someones expectations or to make everyone work smoothly. Of course it is better to work alone as there would be no hassle of getting other people to work together or having to convince them to agreee with you. Also the ffort would be the same if it was worked by one person. When the work is spread out, the effort seen in the work would probably vary from section to section. Since you can't change others the best you can do to make the group function is to make compromises with the group members, try to come up with an agreement to one another, and resolve conflicts between opposing opinions.

It is hard to work with others because we all think and act differently. Depending on other people, especially when its for a grade can be difficult when they are not always up to your standards. I would personally like to work alone, that way if I choose to succeed or fail it falls upon myself. To make working with other people tolerable I sometimes have to call them out when they are affecting the group, or address all of our weaknesses as a group to we can all work together to improve them.
Conflicting rationale , morals , and personal experiences are just some of the main factors that keep us from having the same perspective. So that we may all see the same painting but we all describe its meaning completely different because of the factors mentioned in the begining . Best way to work best together is start with the fundamental truths. There’s a flower in the painting , on a canvas with oil based paint. And work your way up from there.
Different opinions & outlooks on subjects is what makes working in a group challenging for many individuals. Disagreements on certain subjects can cause an imbalance in the chemistry of the group. Working alone is a preference for many because, like my classmate noted, an individual is allowed to work at her/his own pace and if mistakes are made, it won't burden or harm anyone but the one person. I prefer working alone for those reasons as well and also I feel free to express my opinions. In order to work in a group, one must develop conforming to the popular opinion of the group so all the members can be "on the same page".
Every person has a different opinion and sometimes are reluctant to take others opinions into consideration. Although not all people are like this, one can simply try to work with others by coming to an agreement. As a group it is everyone’s responsibility to do what is assigned to them, you not doing your part affects everyone’s grade not just yours. When you all meet half way and agree to meeting up or helping each other out, the job can get done. I personally like working on my own do to the fact that there are individuals who aren’t quite responsible but each event is a new experience.
