Working with other people can be difficult most of the time because not everyone has the same ideas or ways that they do things so finding an alternative or compromise between everyone is not easy. I personally like to work alone more then work with other people because I feel like I can get things done quicker then if you are with a group and there has to be constant communication which can get confusing.It is nice sometimes to work with other people because maybe they have ideas you never thought of before and another persons insight is always a good things to have and you can make friends along the way. To make working with other people better and easier would be to listen to what they have to say, be open minded and come up with a compromise.
The reason why it's harder working with other people is because of poor communication and teamwork. It's hard focusing on a general idea/project where everyones is going to have the same opinion on. Since you can't change others, be open to the possibility that you might be wrong on the subject or show appreciation for others opinions. This will help make it easier to work with others, and always assume good will form them as well. Meaning it doesn't always have to be your way on things. Sometimes the best thing to when working with other people is to have fun and enjoyment while your doing it. If your going to be close minded in a group task it's going to be a pain in the rear.
Although most people find it is hard to work with other people, I find that it can be more interesting and rewarding than working on my own. I do feel that it depends on the job and the group of people. For example, if the group of people are comparable to me, then interchanges of ideas and shared efforts make everything easier. If, however, the people I am working with are fairly incompetent and I have to do most of the work myself, then working in a group is not a good experience. In these situations, I think it is helpful to anticipate places where the work will fall down and act to prevent the fall-down before it occurs. Also, I think it helps to treat the other people as equals and to have open communication with them.
It is so hard to work with other people because we all have different views and opinions about a topic. With different opinions it would be hard to persuade someone in your group to agree with you and others. A way a group can work good together is to have the ones with different views to work on the opposition and have the rest work their argument, maybe then having eachother ideas can bring a whole new view in the topic. Personally I love to work alone because I can have my own opinions and make my own choices. Sure working together can bring new idea and more people can help you but it becomes easier to be distracted. Working alone pressures me into finishing my work rather than depending on others to finish their part.
It’s hard to work with others because everyone has their own unique ideas of how things should be done. And the convergence of these ideas sometimes leads to argument or disagreement, miscommunication also worsenes these disagreements. To be better abled to work with others you individually should be more open to ideas other than your own, be more willing to change your ideas, and finally listen to what others say then comment on it. Working alone is the easy way out, I might want to work alone but it’s not always about what you want. In the real world you need to work with others to be successful in any field or just be successful as a person in a group.
One of the biggest reasons why working with others can be difficult is due to miscommunication. Communication is needed to help decide and assign tasks in a group and to be on track. Each person has their own point of view on different topics and ideas. In a group, it can be difficult for everyone to see "eye to eye". Working alone creates personal environment. Choosing between working alone or in a group depends on the difficulty of a task. Working in a group has its own advantages such as the ability to get aid and help from teammates which not be available when working alone. However, a team is made up of individual minds in which sometimes leads to disagreement. Communication is a key towards establishing ideas in a group which will make things easier and be executed quicker.
It’s difficult working with other people because there are clashes of ideas. People want something to go their way. They believe they’re correct and that their way is the right way. No one likes to compromise and that why it is difficult to work with others. While some people would rather do things their way it’s easier working in a group because you can split the work within the group. Since you can’t change people’s minds what you can do is to appease them. Compromising and having a common goal makes people easier to work with.
It's hard to work with others because there is the thought of judgement that could be in place. Judgement can lower someone's confidence and the capability of socializing with others when working in a group. I like to work alone because if I do a project alone I can take full responsibility for it. Working alone is easier and I am my own boss. Communication is what needs to be a strong factor when working with others and also suggestions as well. Instead of shutting down an idea, there can be a compromise instead.
It’s hard to work with others because you are so use to working at your own pace and in your own way that when something different hits your routine you start to panic and not function the way you are use to. I would rather work alone because I would put the pressure on myself and not depend on others to do my work or see if others are going to put their part in the assignment. A way to make working with others easier is by seeing how they work individually and see what you’re more comfortable doing
And work together. You can also split the work by interest so they have a little push in actually doing something they like in an assignment.
Those that presented today all had their opinions whether they liked working in a group or not.
They all mentioned the idea that working in a group can get tedious because gathering ideas from different brains can be hard to agree on. Everyone wants to be right and put in the two sense. There’s also those people in the group that have a lack of effort and its narrowed down to one or two people doing all the work. In contrast, they mentioned that working in a group you can meet new people and they can open up more ideas for the better. I believe that working in groups teaches you to associate with people you aren’t used to but at the same time you never know what kind of people are going to be in your group. Often you have to meet up and take extra time to meet with each other outside of school (at least for school projects). Sometimes, not all people can make it, which makes things more complicated. Overall, there are pros and cons of working in a group but I’d rather not. In order to make things easier you just have to be open minded and find a happy medium.
I agree with most if not all the difficulties that where spoken of during the speeches. Teamwork is a difficult thing becouse not all memebers are going to agree and/or follow the same path or motives. Teamwork has the potential to acomplish far more than any individual can but relys on an agreed upon and shared vision among individuals with there own identites and beliefs. Teamwork is great and can acomplish alot, under ideal conditions.
Sometimes it is hard working with other people because not everyone has the same mindset. Someone people will think differently from you causing separation. It is always good to learn about other people, therefore I would say try talking to another person and seeing what they like understand why they dislike what you like. Sometimes joining different ideas turns up being the best.
